In data science, you need some heavy-duty ammo. By ammo, I mean tools such as the very powerful command prompt. I have used the command prompt before. However, being forgetful as I am, it is like I am still learning something new.

Level 1 — Basic GUI

I created this folder as my sample directory. It contains additional directories and files that I can use for my command prompt activity.

Level 2 — The CMD Prompt

Pardon the current directory name as I am only using my partner’s laptop.

There’s a lot you can do using the command prompt, and it might be a while for me to explain everything that I have done in my exploration. So, it might be best to just show ’em all. I even made a mistake of doing everything in one go and running the ‘cls’ command before I can do a screenshot. Oh, the horror!

Level 3 — The Spyder

Now, unlike the command prompt, this is my first time using Spyder, and let me tell you this, IT IS AMAZING! Here I am, changing a variable using the console, and trying to play around with the imported CSV file.

This is only the beginning of my data science adventure — I am sure of it!
